Reward Points

What is this?
Rewards Points are our way of showing our appreciation for shopping with us. You’ll earn points for purchases, signing up to our newsletter, You can use them to earn discounts off future purchases, so the more you collect the more you save. Points can only be used in the online store and cannot be exchanged for cash/credit.

Who can join?
Anyone that signs up for an account is automatically enrolled. We do not allow guest accounts/checkouts, so you will automatically receive points when you order. If you wish to opt out of rewards points then please e-mail info@narkedat90.com

How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is available at the top of this page if you are logged in, in your account and also displayed on the first page during checkout.

How do I redeem my points?
Click on the “Apply Rewards” button in the checkout area of the website. Choose how many points to redeem. The monetary value of the points will be removed from the total price of your order.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Do my points expire?
No.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
**Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
**Pending:** These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases
**Cancelled:** You have cancelled an order.

Why did my account balance go down?
You cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
Your points will be awarded when we process your order. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm UK time. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day and your points will be awarded then. 

Can I use my points during checkout?
Yes. Click on the “Apply Rewards” button in the checkout section and choose the number of points to be redeemed against your order.

Please note, points will not be earned on the redeemed points value of the order, but will be earned on the order value remaining after redemption.

How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us on info@narkedat90.com and ask to be opted out. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you but, your points total will begin from zero.
